For paid plans, payment is required monthly. You will receive reminders when payment is due. If payment is not received within 7 days of the expiration date, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier. All payments are processed through PayPal and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Popover.Site reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.
You agree not to use the service to create popovers that contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Popover.Site and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
